At Happoetry, every piece is curated to bring a touch of inspiration to your home. We want you to be absolutely in love with your choice. If a piece doesn't quite fit your space or style as you imagined, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

How to Start

To ensure a smooth process, please make sure your items are:

• In their original, unused condition.

• Complete with all tags and original packaging.

Simply reach out to us at contact@happoetry.com with your order number. We’ll guide you through the next steps and provide a return shipping label with clear instructions.

Exchanges

Need a different color, size, or a completely different style? We’re here to help you find your new favorite. Email us within the 30-day window, and our team will help you reserve your preferred item and manage the "swap" effortlessly.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packaging your poetry, but if your order arrives defective, damaged, or simply isn't what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We’ll prioritize making it right at no extra cost to you.

Refund & Costs

• Quality Issues: If the return is due to a defect, we cover the return shipping.

• Change of Mind: If you’ve simply had a change of heart, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

• Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
