Where do you ship?
We currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom.
We deliver to addresses in:England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
How do I track my order?
We want you to be able to track your order at any time. For this reason, when we ship your parcel, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to track your order directly.
Please allow up to 48 hours after dispatch for tracking information to appear in the courier’s system.If you have not received tracking details after dispatch, please contact us at contact@happoetry.com
Can I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us at contact@happoetry.com as soon as possible after placing it.
Cancellation may be possible before the order has been processed or dispatched. If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible and the order may need to be returned in line with our Return Policy.
Where do your products ship from?
To ensure your order reaches you in the most efficient manner, we utilize our network of global distribution centers. Depending on stock availability, your package may be shipped from our warehouses in Asia and Europe.
Are there customs fees or import duties?
For orders delivered within the United Kingdom, customers are not charged import duties or customs fees by us at checkout.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the item is confirmed to be damaged, faulty, or incorrect, return shipping costs will not be charged to the customer.
If you are returning an item for a change of mind, because you ordered the wrong item, or because the item is no longer wanted, you are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping.
